My first novel:
The Victims of Sargon Mansion

The Victims of Sargon Mansion is a layered tale. In a world echoing the elegance of mid-twentieth-century Europe, Sargon Mansion conceals more than its splendour — it hides secrets, betrayals, and blood. Unfolding in four parts, each told through a different voice, the novel provides a kaleidoscopic view of a crime and the haunted souls behind it. Beneath gestures of kindness and façades of discipline, nothing is ever as it seems. Four voices unravel the tale: a fugitive woman, a young aristocrat, a homicide commissioner with a shadowed past, and a disgraced detective emerging from the depths of obscurity. Every truth exacts a price. Every victim has a story.

About

Anahita Maddahi

An Iranian-born author who now lives in Vienna, has been captivated by the dark elegance of crime fiction since childhood. It was not merely who committed the crime that intrigued her, but why. Her debut novel, The Victims of Sargon Mansion, explores the psychology of guilt, memory and desire, delving deep into the hidden fractures behind polished facades

My second Novel
Second Floor of Charlotte’s House

“Second Floor of Charlotte’s House” tells the story of young detective Rosa Johnny, who starts her first assignment in a remote village. She is a stranger to the villagers. As her personal life unfolds amid drama and suspense, she becomes embroiled in a series of gripping and terrifying criminal cases. The novel’s concept is complete, and it will enter the writing phase next year.
